机械合金化结合微波烧结制备钡铁氧体的研究

摘    要:采用机械合金化结合微波烧结制备钡铁氧体,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对钡铁氧体制备过程的组织和性能进行分析。结果表明:在高能球磨初期,颗粒粒径减小,粉体得到细化,随球磨时间延长,部分BaCO3固溶于Fe2O3中形成固溶体;高能球磨40 h的物料,经900℃微波烧结,烧结材料组织均匀,晶粒得到充分生长,有明显的六角结构生成,比饱和磁化强度为53.7 Am2/kg,矫顽力为447058.4 A/m;相比于传统烧结,微波烧结制备的钡铁氧体磁性能与之相近,但烧结温度降低了100℃,且样品的颗粒大小更均匀,烧结时间更短。

Abstract:The barium ferrite was prepared via mechanical alloying combined with microwave sintering,and the organization and properties of the barium ferrite preparation process were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),respectively.The experiment results show that:at the beginning of high-energy ball milling,the particle size decreases and the powder is refined;with the extension of the ball milling time,part of BaCO3 solid solution is formed in Fe2O3;the material with 40 h of high-energy ball milling is sintered by microwave sintering at 900℃,the sintered material is uniformly organized,the grains are fully grown,there is obvious hexagonal structure generated,the saturation magnetization intensity is 53.7 Am2/kg,the coercivity is 447058.4 A/m;compared with conventional sintering,the magnetic properties of barium ferrite prepared by microwave sintering are similar,but the sintering temperature is reduced by 100℃,and the particle size of the sample is more uniform and the sintering time is shorter.
