某铅锌硫化矿无碱浮选新工艺研究

摘    要:针对某含铅2.22%、锌2.85%、银105 g/t,目的矿物主要为方铅矿、闪锌矿的硫化铅锌矿,进行了无碱浮选新工艺研究。研究结果表明,采用铅锌顺序优先浮选流程,在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占66.32%条件下,使用“硫酸锌+焦亚硫酸钠+MZ”药剂制度选铅,使用“焦亚硫酸钠+硫酸铜+MKX”药剂制度选锌,闭路试验获得了铅精矿主品位62.10%、含锌4.79%、含银1953.36 g/t、铅回收率90.48%、铅精矿银回收率60.12%;锌精矿主品位53.15%、含铅1.65%、含银262.74 g/t、锌回收率87.42%、锌精矿银回收率11.67%的较好指标。无碱条件下实现铅锌高效分离的同时,显著提高伴生银的回收率。

Abstract:A new lime-free flotation process was studied on a lead-zinc sulfide ore containing 2.22% lead, 2.85% zinc and 105g/t silver, which the main target minerals are galena and sphalerite. The results showed that under the condition of the finness of -0.074 mm occupying 66.32% and adopting the lead-zinc sequence preferential flotation process,lead concentrate containing 62.10% Pb, 4.79% Zn and 1953.36g/t Ag was obtained by using zinc sulfate + sodium pyrosulfite +MZ,with the lead recovery of 90.48 % and siliver recovery of 60.12 % ; and Zinc concentrate grading Zn 53.15 %, Pb 1.65 % and Ag 262.74 g/t was also obtained by using sodium sulfite + copper sulfate +MKX through closed-circuit test, with the zinc recovery of 87.42% and siliver recovery of 11.67 %. The high efficiency separation of lead and zinc could be achieved without alkali, and the associated silver recovery can be significantly improved.
