电磁波预处理对黄铁矿碎磨经济性的试验分析

摘    要:为解决当前传统碎磨流程能耗高、效率低的问题,并结合电磁波选择性、整体性、高效性的加热特性,试验探究经不同时间电磁波预处理后的矿石进行破碎、磨矿过程中产量、能耗、粒度及效率等经济性指标的变化。试验结果表明,电磁波作用能够有效提高破碎产量,而产品粒度不受影响;能够有效降低磨矿产品加权平均粒度,降低磨矿时间。将矿石置于输出功率为800 W的电磁波场中预处理180~240s,能够有效提高碎磨产量及效率,降低流程能耗。如电磁波预处理240s时,比未预处理的碎磨流程节能5.96%,破碎产量提高57.84%,磨矿产量提高26.23%,碎磨经济性显著提高。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the current traditional crushing and grinding process, and combined with the selectivity, integrality and efficient heating characteristics of the electromagnetic wave. The experiment explored the ore crushing and grinding with different time of electromagnetic wave pretreatment, the change of output, granularity, efficiency and energy consumption. The experimental results show that the electromagnetic wave can effectively improve the crushing yield, while the crushing granularity is not affected. It can effectively reduce the weighted average particle size and reduce the grinding time. When the ore is heated in the electromagnetic field of 800W for 180~240s, it can effectively improve the output and efficiency of crushing and grinding, reduce process energy consumption. For example, Compared to the non-pretreated grinding process, electromagnetic wave pretreatment for 240s can save energy by 5.96%, improve crushing yield by 57.84% and increasing the grinding output by 26.23%. Significantly improved the economic benifit of crushing and grinding.
