钨钼分离工艺及机理研究进展

摘    要:依据钨钼之间微小性质的不同,钨钼分离的方法主要有沉淀法、萃取法、离子交换法以及其他方法。其中较常用的仍然是沉淀法,具有除钨率高、耗时短、设备简单等优点,但也存在用量大、价格高、钨损高等缺点,从而限制了其使用。萃取法、离子交换法及其他一些方法虽然具有一些包括用量少、成本低等的优点,但同时还存在着分离时间长、总过程耗时长等缺点,从而限制了这些方法在工业中的应用。对钨钼分离的方法及应用现状进行综述,并对之后的研究提出了建议。

Abstract:With the progress of the times, tungsten and molybdenum were played an important role in the development of modern industry. The separation of tungsten and molybdenum is a technical problem in metallurgy. Nowadays,the methods of separation of tungsten and molybdenum based on the small properties of tungsten and molybdenum mainly include precipitation, extraction, ion exchange and other methods.The methods and applications of tungsten and molybdenum separation are summarized in this paper, and suggestions for further research are put forward.
