摘    要:广东清远云铜有色金属有限公司电解工序锁槽工艺存在原料流程占用大、财务费用高以及无效电耗大的问题。采用铜排直接短接的方式进行改造,解决了上述问题,并取得了良好的经济效果。

Abstract:There are some problems in Guangdong Qingyuan Yunnan Copper Nonferrous Metals Company Limited such as a large number of raw materials occupied by locking cell technology in the electrolytic process, high financial cost, and a great quantity of ineffective power consumption. In order to solve the above problems, short circuit of copper busbars has been used for reform, and the good economic benefits are achieved.
