江西某钨矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:江西某钨矿石中有用金属矿物主要以黑钨矿为主,并伴生有锡石、辉钼矿、黄铜矿、黄铁矿、闪锌矿等。采用重—浮—重联合流程回收钨,先用重选得到钨的粗精矿,再用浮选脱去硫化矿,最后用重选获得钨精矿。在原矿品位为WO31.10%时,获得钨精矿品位为65.73%、回收率为82.17%,硫化矿含钨2.66%,回收率12.59%的选别指标。

Abstract:A Tungsten ore from Jiangxi contains mainly wolframite as valuable minerals that associated with cassiterite, molybdenite, chalcopyrite, pyrite, sphalerite and so on. The process consisting of gravity separation, flotation and wolframite recovery by gravity separation was finally adopted. Firstly get tungsten concentrate with the roughing gravity separation, secondly strip sulfide ore by flotation, and finally obtain tungsten concentrate through gravity separation. As a result, from the ore feed containing WO31.10%, a wolframite concentrate of WO366.05% with a recovery of 82.11% and a sulfide ore of WO32.66% with a recovery of 12.59% was obtained.
