摘    要:为了从管道输送角度评判粗骨料配方的适用性,给充填管道设计提供技术参数,采用流动性模拟试验的方法,进行破碎废石与戈壁集料作为粗骨料的流变性能分析,测试与计算数据显示,流变参数随着破碎废石的加入有降低的趋势,相同浓度条件下,加入破碎废石的料浆流动阻力虽有所降低,但其保水性与和易性变差,不易形成稳定流体,且大颗粒破碎废石通常呈现不规则状,破碎废石的滑动摩擦较戈壁集料颗粒的滚动摩擦更容易造成管道磨损,因此充填骨料中不宜掺入破碎废石。

Abstract:In order to justify the applicability from the aspect of pile transporting and provide the technical parameters for filling piles, the method of mobility numerical test was adopted to analyze the performance. The result showed that: The parameters got lower with the combination of broken rock. In the condition of same consistence, the resistance in the case with broken rock got lower, but the ability to contain water got weaker, and the stable flow was difficult to be formed. Besides, some broken rock with bigger scale always showed irregular. The sliding friction of broken rock will be easier to break the piles combining with the rolling friction of Gobi material. Therefore, the broken rock is not suitable to fill.
