摘    要:某难选铜镍矿石含铜0.27%、含镍0.72%,为实现矿石中铜镍矿物的综合回收与高效分离,本文采用“铜-镍优先浮选”工艺流程,以自主研发的高效铜矿物捕收剂LP-01作选铜捕收剂,石灰作抑制剂,在矿浆pH为8.5的低碱介质中优先浮选铜矿物;浮选尾矿以硫酸铜作活化剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂浮选镍矿物,获得了含铜25.35%、含镍0.79%,铜回收率80.73%的铜精矿,含镍8.15%、含铜0.23%,镍回收率75.41%的镍精矿。试验指标良好,铜、镍矿物都得到了较好的浮选回收与分离。

Abstract:low-grade copper-nickel ore contains Cu 0.27% and Ni 0.72%.In order to achieve the results of comprehensive recovery and highly efficient separation of copper nickel mineral in ores. This paper adopts the process of copper nickel selective flotation process with efficient copper minerals collector LP-01 which was the results of independent research and development as copper mineral collector and CaO as depressant. Copper mineral was preferential floated under the conditions of low alkali at pH of 8.5. In the process of flotation tailings, CuSO4 was used as activating agent and butylxanthate was used as collector for flotation of nickel minerals. As was shown from the results of closed-circuit tests, a Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 25.35%,Ni grade of 0.79% and Cu recovery of 80.73%,and a Ni concentrate with Ni grade of 8.15%,Cu grade of 0.23% and Ni recovery of 75.41% were obtained .The indexes of experiment were good, in which copper and nickel mineral were well recovered and separation.
