摘    要:以R,T,G三种锻后退火态H13钢为实验材料,采用金相、XRD和SEM等分析方法,对其显微组织进行了研究.结果表明:从晶粒度、非金属夹杂、疏松、成分分布均匀性、偏析等方面评析,R钢的显微组织最佳,T钢和G钢次之;R钢是用于挤压热作模具比较理想的材料.

Abstract:The microstructures of three kinds of H13 steel under forged annealed state are investigated by OM,XRD and SEM.The three kinds of H13 steel under forged annealed state are R,T,G steel respectively.The results show that analyzing from grain crystal size,nonmetallic impurity,porosity,uniformity of composition distribution,segregation and so on,the microstructure of R steel is optimum,then followed by T steel and G steel.It seems that R steel is a good material for extrusion hot die.
