缸套零件的强度分析

摘    要:针对煤矿用卧式三柱塞乳化液泵的结构及承载状况,建立了缸套的力学模型,以有限元法对缸套进行了三维有限元应力分析,得出三向应力状态下缸套的应力分布状况。鉴于静强度分析计算结果不能满足高压泵缸套在交变载荷作用下的强度要求,以GRB125/40型泵的缸套为例,应用等效静强度理论进行了疲劳强度的计算分析,说明疲劳强度的重要性。

TRE STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF COMRONENTS AND PARTS OF CYLINDER LINING
Abstract:In view of the construction and the loading condition of mine use holizontal triple piston emulsion pump、 the mechanics mod(?) of the cylinder lining is established, the stress analysis of three dimensional finite element is made for the cylinder lining by the finite element method and the stress distribution of the cylinder (?)ining under three dimensional stress is obtained. Since the result of the analysis and the cal(?)alation of the static strength can not meet the demands of the strength of the cylinder lining of the high pressure pump under the action of the alternative load. taking the lining of type GRB 125/40 pump as an example, the calculation and analysis of the fatigue strength is carried out by applying the theory of equivalent static strength and the importance of the fatigue strength is illustrated.
