煤矿主井信号与自动装载控制系统

摘    要:采用可编程控制器等中控制模式,可与提升机电控系统进行接口配套,实现主井多水平的提升信号,与自动装卸载系统相互闭锁,可提高提升系统的安全性,实现主井提升自动化。重点介绍主井信号系统结构及特点,介绍装载系统工作方式。经安装调试结果,信号、装载系统均符合《煤矿安全规程》的规定,确保煤矿井下安全生产。

Abstract:In this paper, the centralized control mode oi programmadle with electrical control system of hoist, thus realizing multi-level hoist signals of main shaft and interlocking with automatic unloading system. The application of the system increases the safety of hoisting system and implements hoisting automatization in main shaft. The structure and characteristics of main shaft signal system as well as the working mode of the loading system are introduced.
