摘    要:红庆河煤矿主井提升机采用西门子9 000 kW内装电动机式矿井提升机,装载系统是整个提升系统中重要一环,而煤流系统中若混入长材铁器,尤其是锚杆,对装载系统的带式输送机产生巨大的危害,通过对长材铁器、锚杆的检测、筛选,避免造成输送带撕裂、定量仓闸门、翻板卡阻等恶性事故,保障煤矿提升系统安全运行。

Abstract:The main shaft hoist of Hongqing River Coal Mine adopted SIEMENS 9 000 kW mounted motor type mine hoist.The loading system is an important part of the whole lifting system,and if the long material iron is mixed in the coal flow system,especially the bolt,has a considerable damage to the belt conveyor of the loading system.Through the detection and screening of the long material iron and anchor,it can avoid the tear of the belt conveyor,the quantitative storehouse gate,the shutter resistance and so on,so as to ensure the safe operation of the coal mine hoisting system.
