新型正负脉冲式矿灯修复仪的研究

摘    要:针对现有矿灯充电器在充电过程中电池内部产生大量的硫化物,严重影响了矿灯的使用寿命等问题,通过长期的研究提出了矿灯修复技术,给出了矿灯修复电路主电路图和控制方法,并采用新技术提高系统的功率因数。该电路具有结构简单,成本低,工作可靠等特点。通过试验验证,该方法在修复电池容量方面有了明显的改善。

Abstract:For a large number of obsolete miner`s lamp,proposes a restoration technology of miner`s lamp based on long-term study.Put forwards the main circuit and control methods of restoring the miner`s lamp,and introduces new technology to improve the power factor of system.The circuit has a simple structure,low cost,reliable work.Through the test,the restoration method improves significantly the capacity in accumulator cell.
