| 摘 要： | 分析了钢丝绳断丝检测的特点,提出了用霍尔(HALL)磁敏元件进行钢丝绳断丝漏磁探伤的方法,研究设计出漏磁探伤用励磁器、检测器及检测信号的预处理电路。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the characteristics of the checkout of rope wire rupture and puts forward the method of magnetic-leakgae flaw detection of rope wire rupture by use of Ballmagnetic sensitive elements. The exciter and detector for maynetic-leakage flaw detection and the preprocessing circuit of detecting signal are studied and designed. |
