摘    要:为提高煤矿某些特殊场合供电可靠性,研制了大容量隔爆型EPS电源。主要是基于单片机微处理技术与智能化集成芯片,利用MAX11068、DS18B20芯片分别实现对电池电压、工作温度的实时数据采集,以单片机为核心组成电池管理与保护系统,使系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、安全性等特点,适合于实现现场智能控制的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of power supply at some special occasions,the large capacity flame-proof EPS battery is designed.The large capacity battery units and protection system are designed mainly based on single chip micro processing technology and intelligent integrated chip.The MAX11068 and DS18B20 chips can realize real-time data collecting of battery pressure and temperature individually.The battery management and protection systems are made up taking single chip microcomputer as the core.This structure of this system is simple,high reliable and safe,which meets the requirements of field intelligent control.
