| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外脱硫石膏的产出及应用情况。本文对山西某企业的脱硫石膏进行了综合应用研究。制备的钢结构防火涂料,当涂层厚度为18 4mm时,耐火极限大于2h,涂层厚度为24 3mm时,耐火极限大于3h;制备的内墙防水腻子,耐水性、施工性、打磨性等优良,表干时间为0 5h,标准状态黏结强度为1 68MPa。并对脱硫石膏的物理化学性能对以上两种产品的影响进行了分析。 |

| Abstract: | Production and application of FGD gypsum in China and other countries are introducedThe comprehensive utilization of FGD gypsum from certain corporation in Shanxi is studiedFor the FGD gypsum mixed fireproof dope prepared for steel structures,the refractory limit of mixed FGD gypsum are more than 2h and 3h respectively relative to coating thickness of 243 and 184mmThe FGD gypsum mixed waterproof putty prepared for interior walls has good performances of waterproof,construction and burnishing,with the surface drying time of 05h and the standard felted intensity of 168MPaIn addition,effect of FGD gypsum′s physico chemical properties on the quality of above mentioned products is studied |
