磁石(磁铁矿)在药学领域的研究现状

矿物药是传统中药三大门类之一。磁铁矿作为一种重要的矿物原料在药学领域具有重要的药学价值。由于物理及化学性质的不同,磁铁矿在药学领域起到不同的疗效。长期以来众多学者就其基本性质及在防病、治病方面的功效做了大量的研究。本文通过查阅、分析近年来矿物药———磁石(磁铁矿)文献,从煅制工艺、炮制前后微量元素的变化、药理变化及药理研究等方面,对矿物药———磁石进行了概述。并希望通过对磁铁矿在药学领域研究现状的介绍,试图找出研究中存在的问题,为磁铁矿的药学研究及推广提供参考。

THE CURRENT RESEARCH PROGRESS OF MAGNETIC STONE (MAGNETITE) IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL FIELD

Mineral medicine is one of three categories of traditional Chinese medicine. As an important mineral raw material, magnetite is of great medical value in the pharmaceutical field. It has different curative effects because of its different physical and chemical characters. For a long time, many scholars have done a lot of research on its basic nature and the effectiveness of preventing and treating diseases . Having referred to and ana- lyzed several recent references on mineral medicine magnetic stone, we summarize the current research progress, mainly based on its forging technology, amount change of trace elements, pharmacological change and relative research before and after roasting procedure, what we also hope is to try to find some problems in the research and provide some references for the research and promotion through the introduction of current research progress of magnetic stone in the pharmaceutical field.
