高钛铁制备研究进展

摘    要:高钛铁具有熔点低、使晶粒细化等特殊的性质而得到广泛应用。本文简述了高钛铁的主要用途并着重介绍了制备高钛铁的主要方法及工艺,包括重熔法、金属热还原法及电解法,在此基础上分析了各方法的优缺点,提出以钛矿为原料制备优质高钛铁是高钛铁的发展方向。

Abstract:High-titanium-iron was a low melting point,grain refinement and so on,So It has been widely used.This paper described the main use of high titanium iron and the main methods and technologies of high-titanium-iron preparation.Included remelting method,the metal heat reduction and electrolysis.Analyzed their advantages and disadvantages on that basis.And draw to that is the direction of development of preparation the high quality high titanium-iron alloy by titanium ore.
