兰坪某铅锌矿中铅的工艺矿物学与浮选试验研究

摘    要:矿样取自兰坪某铅锌矿,原矿含铅2.84%,氧化率为91.7%,属难选氧化矿。通过对原矿进行工艺矿物学的研究,探明矿物的嵌布状态及伴生关系。结合工艺矿物学研究,制定探索试验的工艺流程及药剂制度。最终确定磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占94.6%;硫化铅组合捕收剂乙基黄药+丁基铵黑药为60+50 g/t;氧化铅采用硫化后浮选,硫化钠用量为2 kg/t。根据条件试验确定闭路试验的药剂制度,得到最终的选矿指标为:铅精矿品位为23.41%,银的品位为805.76 g/t。

Abstract:Ore samples are taken from the lead-zinc mine in Lanping, the Pb grade of run-of-mine is 2.84%, with oxidation rate of lead was 91.7%, belong to difficulty to chosen oxide minerals. Through the process mineralogical study of the crude ore, explored the kind of Pb mineral and associated relations of each other. Combined with mineralogical process study, formulate the test flow of exploration and reagent system. Finally, determined the grinding fineness was -0.074mm accounted for 94.6%. The optimum reagent system was that the dosage of sodium carbonate was 1000g/t, the dosage of sodium silicate was 1000g/t, the dosage of the Ethyl xanthate was 60g/t and the dosage of butylamine aerofloat was 50g/t in the galena flotation. The effect was good to use xanthate sulphide method in the lead oxide flotation, the dosage of the Na2S was 2kg/t, and the dosage of the butyl xanthate was 100g/t. According to the condition of the test to determine the Closed-circuit test, obtain the final concentration index, the grade of lead concentrate was 23.41%, and the grade of the silver was 805.76 g/t.
