摘    要:针对云南某矿山硫精矿焙砂中铜、锌、硫、砷含量高及铁氧化物包裹金等问题,开展了常规氰化浸出和酸浸—氰化浸出两种不同方案回收金的试验研究.结果表明,常规氰化浸出金的浸出率为84.52%,酸浸—氰化浸出的酸浸过程铜、锌浸出率分别为40.25%、38.79%,后续金的浸出率为85.82%.综合比较,酸浸—氰化浸出工艺更优,比常...

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high content of copper, zinc, sulfur and arsenic in sulfur concentrate roasting residue of a mine in Yunnan and gold coated by iron oxide, this paper carried out experimental research on gold recovery by conventional cyanide leaching and acid leaching-cyanide leaching. The leaching rate of gold by conventional cyanide leaching is 83.76%, and that by acid leaching-cyanide leaching is 85.09%, which is 1.62% higher than that by conventional cyanide leaching. During acid leaching, the leaching rate of copper and zinc are 40.25% and 38.79%, respectively, and the consumption of sodium cyanide in subsequent operations is reduced by 1 kg/t. Under a certain grinding fineness, the acid leaching pretreatment of sulfur concentrate roasting residue can not only improve the leaching rate of gold and reduce the amount of sodium cyanide, but also effectively recover copper and zinc.
