摘    要:本研究采用选择性还原焙烧—氨浸工艺从低品位红土镍矿中综合提取镍、钴、铁,重点介绍了该工艺氨浸的试验研究。确定的最佳工艺条件为:NH3?∶CO2为90g/L∶60g/L,焙砂粒度-0.074mm占80%,液固比为2∶1(mL/g),浸出初始温度为25℃左右,浸出终点电位大于-100mV。综合试验的镍、钴浸出率分别为89.87%和62.20%。研究表明,在常温常压下采用氨浸法不但可以有效地回收镍、钴、铁,而且浸出剂可以循环使用,设备运行安全可靠,可取得较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The process of selective reduction roasting-ammonia leaching is adopted to extract nickel,cobalt and recover iron from low grade nickeliferous laterite ore.In this paper,the ammonia leaching experimental test is chiefly introduced.The optimal process conditions are as follows: NH3/CO2 concentration ratio is 90g/L∶60g/L,the percentage of-0.074mm roasted ore is approximately 80%,liquid and solid ratio is 2∶1(mL/g),leaching preliminary temperature is 25℃,ending leaching potential is higher than-100mV.In integrated conditions tests on the above conditions,leaching rate of Ni and Co is 89.87% and 62.20% respectively.The results show that not only Ni、Co and Fe can be effectively reclaimed,but also leaching agent can be recycled at ambient temperature and pressure in ammonia leaching processs.So the equipment operation activity is safe and dependable.The good economic benefit can be obtained from the process.
