包头稀土精矿纯碱焙烧—酸浸法制备农用稀土的研究

摘    要:本文阐述了以包头稀土精矿为原料,经纯碱焙烧-酸浸一步制备农用硝酸稀土或氯化稀土的研究。通过对影响炉烧、酸浸主要因素的研究,确定了最佳工艺条件,并经过工业试验验证了工艺的可行性,使稀土总回收率达90%以上。该工艺流程短、稀土回收率高、减少了消耗、降低了生产成本,具有明显的经济效益和推广价值。

Abstract:The study on the preparation of rare earth nitrate and rare earth chloride for agriculture from Baotou rare earth concentrate with the process of pure alkaline roasting-acid leaching is described in this paper. The optimum technological parameters have been determined in the study on the effect of main factors on roasting and acid leaching. The feability of pure alkaline roasting-acid leaching process was demonstrated in the industrial experiments.The total recovery of rare earth is up to over 90%. The advantages of that process are simplified process flowsheet, higher rare earth recovery, less consumption, lower production cost and remarkable economic benefit and valuable application.
