铜闪速熔炼贫化电炉渣含铜的线性回归分析

摘    要:对金隆闪速熔炼渣贫化电炉的生产操作数据进行了多元线性回归分析,建立了电炉渣含铜与其影响因素的线性方程。方差分析结果表明,回归方程高度显著,渣含铜与其影响因素之间线性关系密切。通过对回归方程的分析,明确了各作业参数对渣含铜的影响及作用大小,找出了影响电炉渣含铜的主要因素和次要因素,指出影响金隆电炉渣含铜的最主要因素是闪速炉炉况、冰铜品位、电炉冰铜产出量、块煤加入量等,而冷冰铜加入量、电炉的有效容积、炉渣在电炉中的停留时间、炉渣的Fe/SiO2等对渣含铜的影响较小。由回归分析的结果对有效降低电炉渣含铜提出了6点建议。该回归方程对于准确的分析、有效的控制渣含铜具有指导意义。

Abstract:Operation data from Jinlong flash smelting slag cleaning furnace are analyzed with multi factor linear regressionThe linear equation of relating copper content of slag with some factors is establishedAnalysis of square difference indicates that the regression equation is highly prominent,and there is a close linear relationship between copper content of slag and these factorsWith further analysis of the equation,effect of some operational parameters on copper in slag and their reacting degree are clarified,and the primary and secondary factors are foundThe results show that the primary influence factors are operational state of flash furnace,matte grade,matte output of electric furnace,feed rate of block coal to electric furnace,etcMeanwhile,those factors such as feed rate of cold matte to electric furnace,actual volume of electric furnace,retention time of slag inside electric furnace and Fe to SiO2 ratio of slag contribute a little influence to copper content of slagAccordingly,some suggestions to decrease copper in slag are put forwardThe regression equation presented in this paper can play a few positive roles on accurate analysis and effective control of copper in slag
