从含锡渣中提取锡制取锡酸钠的研究

摘    要:以含锡渣为原料,采用碱熔—浸出—除杂—浓缩结晶工艺直接制取了锡酸钠产品。对制取工艺参数和条件进行了研究。重点探讨了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、配料比、浸出液固比、浸出时间等因素对Sn浸出率的影响。结果表明,采用该工艺,Sn的浸出率为93.70%,浸出液中Pb、Sb、As的脱除率分别为99.95%、95.37%、94.38%,Sn的直收率为86.03%,产品质量符合Sn-40等级标准。

Abstract:The sodium stannate from slag containing tin is prepared directly by the process including alkali fusion, leaching, purification, concentration and crystallization. The influence of the roasting temperature, the roasting time, the mass ratio of slag to NaOH and NaNO3, the ratio of liquid to solid and leaching time on the leaching rate of Sn are investigated mainly. The results show that the leaching rate of Sn is 93.70 %, the removal rates of Ph, Sb and As are 99.95 %, 95.37 % and 94.38 % respectively, the direct recovery rate of Sn is 86.03 %, and the product qualities accords with the demands of Sn - 40.
