摘 要: | 细菌浸出法是利用某些微生物及其氧化产物溶浸矿石中有用金属的一种工艺。介绍了湖南某矿铀矿石柱浸、地表堆浸、井下原地破碎细菌浸出结果,考察了不同浸出剂、浸出时间、矿石粒度、矿石层高度、浸出剂中Fe3+浓度等因素对铀浸出率的影响。结果表明,利用细菌浸出法可提高铀的浸出率、降低酸耗、缩短浸出时间。

Abstract: | Bioleaching is a new technology by which the useful metals in ores are leached using microorganism and its oxidizing productsThe experimental results of column,heap and stope bioleachings using the ore from certain uranium mine in Hunan province are presented in this paperThe effects of some factors,such as different lixivants,leaching time,ore size,ore layer height and Fe3+ concentrate in a lixiviant,on uranium leaching rate are studiedThe results show that a high leaching rate of uranium,low acid consumption and short leaching time can be obtained with bioleaching process |
