金属钙及高纯钙制备技术

摘    要:简述了目前国内外工业金属钙的两种主要制备方法:电解法和热还原法,重点综述了真空蒸馏法制备高纯金属钙的工艺、设备及进展。电解法和热还原法属于化学提纯方法,难以制备出纯度较高的金属钙。以工业钙为原料,采用真空蒸馏法可以制备出纯度超过99.999%(5N)的高纯金属钙。

Abstract:In this paper, the industrial calcium preparation by the method of the electrolytic and the thermal reduction are sketched, and the process, devices and progress of the high purity calcium preparation by the vacuum distillation are emphasized. It is difficult to prepare high purity calcium metal by the electrolytic method or the thermal reduction method. The 99.999% (5N) ultra-high purity calcium can be obtained by the vacuum distillation using the industrial calcium as the raw material.
