| 摘 要： | 针对某选厂锡石多金属硫化矿的矿石性质和全硫浮选工艺特点 ,开展了用高效捕收剂Y89-6黄药代替异丁基黄药作全硫浮选捕收剂的试验研究和生产应用。结果表明 ,新捕收剂Y89-6黄药的捕收力强 ,硫化矿上浮速度快 ,硫的脱除率高 ,有利于缩短浮选时间 ,提高浮选机的处理量 ,是比异丁基黄药更优的适应锡石多金属硫化矿的全硫浮选捕收剂 |

| Abstract: | In light of the properties of cassiterite multimetal sulfide ore and the technical characteristics of flotation of all sulfide minerals in a Chinese mineral processing plant, a study on removing all sulfide minerals by flotation replacing butly xanthate by a high efficiency collector Y89-6 xanthate has been undertaken The results show that using the new collector Y89-6 with a stronger collecting power, a higher flotation rate of sulfide minerals and a higher removing rate of sulfide minerals can be obtained, which is of advantage for the shortening of flotation time and improvement of flotation capacity It is a high efficiency collector preferable to the butly xanthate for removing all sulfide minerals from cassiterite ores |
