| 摘 要： | 通过对我国煤炭城市基本特征以及城市转型难点的分析 ,提出了促进我国煤炭城市转型的战略思路。制定关于我国煤炭城市转型的战略规划是实施我国煤炭城市转型战略的前提 ,我国煤炭城市的总体特征决定了转型的方向是向综合性城市发展。煤炭城市转型的难点决定了战略实施的重点 :矿区与城区联动发展、发展接续产业、吸引投资和治理环境是我国煤炭城市转型的战略重点

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the basic features of coal-mining cities and the difficulties in their shift in China, a strategic suggestion for shift of China's coal-mining cities is put forward To work out a strategic program is a prerequisite to execute the shift of coal-mining cities General features of coal-mining cities decide the shift orientation developed to comprehensive cities The difficulties in the process of shift decide key terms in the execution of the strategic program The strategic focuses for the shift of coal-mining cities are the development of combining mining area with city district,development of sustainable industries,introduction of outside investment and environmental management |
