铜冶炼污酸处理技术现状及发展趋势

摘    要:在分析铜冶炼污酸成分、危害等特点的基础上,综述了我国铜冶炼污酸处理的技术现状及存在的问题。目前污酸处理方法主要有硫化法、石灰-铁盐法、膜处理法、树脂法、生物法、稀硫酸浓缩法等。但传统的污酸处理方法仅能满足污酸达标排放的目的,而且处理过程中会伴生渣量大、产生二次污染、成本高等问题。因此,铜冶炼污酸处理技术的发展趋势为降低水的硬度,氟、氯元素进行深度处理,砷等重金属及稀酸回收和再利用,减少二次污染。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the properties of component and danger of copper smelting contaminated acid,this paper reviews the present situation and existing problems of the processing technologies in the domestic and overseas. The main processing technologies are the method of sulfidization, the method of lime-iorn salts ,the method of membrane ,the method of resin,the method of biology and the method of concentration of dilute sulphuric acid nowadays.But the traditional processing technologies of copper smelting contaminated acid can only make the emission reach a certain standard.They also produce other problems such as large amount of slag and secondary pollution ,high cost and so on during the process.In order to solve these problems ,the developing trend of processing technology of copper smelting contaminated acid is as follows:Firstly,reduce the hardness of water .Secondly, fluorine and chlorine also should be carried on the depth of processing.Moreover,heavy metals such as arsenic and dilute acid also can be recycled and reused .Finally, the secondary pollution should be reduced .
