柿竹园多金属矿CF法浮选钨主干全浮选矿工艺研究

摘    要:柿竹园钨、钼、铋、萤石复杂难选多金属矿选矿工艺流程诸多方案中,以主干全浮流程最简单、易操作管理、节省基建投资。CF法可同时有效浮选微细粒黑白钨矿,确保高的钨回收率,故有利于产品脱水、尾矿水处理及提高萤石回收率。

Abstract:Among the schemes of technological flowsheets for mineral processing of Shizhuyuan W-Mo-Bi-CaF2 refractory polymetallic ore,the overall flotation trunk flowsheet is the most simplified. The advantages of the overall flotation trunk are easy operation,economic capital cost,imultaneous flotation of scheelite and wolframate and high WO3 recovery.As flotation is camed out in natural pH pulp with CF process,dewatering of concentrates,treatment of mill water and fluorite recovery were improved.
