含蛇纹石和磁黄铁矿的微细粒硫化铜镍矿选矿流程及抑制剂研究

摘    要:以加拿大北部某蛇纹石和磁黄铁矿含量较高的微细粒硫化铜镍矿为研究对象,重点进行了铜镍分离抑制剂和磁黄铁矿抑制剂研究,铜镍分离采用石灰与BK536组合抑制镍矿物,镍精选采用BK521抑制磁黄铁矿,采用铜镍等可浮—镍浮选流程,获得铜精矿含镍为0.53%、铜回收率80.99%,镍精矿品位11.62%、镍回收率为69.69%的闭路试验指标。

Abstract:Research on the copper-nickel ore bearing-pyrrhotite and serpentine higher content. Lime and BK536 were used to depression pentlandite and BK521 were used to depression pyrrhotite.Adopt the process of copper and nickel bulk flotation - enhanced recovery of nickel, the locked-cycle test index is as following,copper grade is 31.25% and containing nickel with 0.53% of the copper concentrate, the total recovery of copper is 80.99%,nickel grade is 11.62% of the nickel concentrate, the recovery of nickel is 69.69%.
