兰坪氧化铅锌矿浮选新工艺研究

摘    要:文中描述了兰坪氧化铅锌矿石浮选新工艺的研究。在传统硫化-浮选法基础上,使用新的选择性较高的药剂(PN捕收剂;BD_1和BD_2抑制剂)制订了新的优先浮选工艺。使用该工艺处理兰坪氧化铅锌矿石,不仅解决了铅、锌矿物与脉石矿物的分离,而且获得了单一金属精矿,同时分别提高了铅、锌回收率。特别是在BD_2抑制剂和六偏磷酸钠配合情况下,显著改善了氧化锌矿物与方解石、石类、褐铁矿和粘土等矿物的分离。在闭路试验中,锌总回收率达到80.17%,其中,氧化锌精矿品位为Zn35.71%,锌回收率65.83%。文章讨论了影响氧化铅、锌矿物浮选的主要参数。

Abstract:The study of a new flotation technology of lead-zinc oxide oresin Lanping is described in this paper. On the basis of the conventional sul- phidization-flotation method, using the new higher selective reagents,such asPN collector,BD_1 and BD_2 depressants,the new differential flotation technologyhas been worked out.When this technology was used to treat lead and zincoxide ores in Lanping,not only the separation of lead and zinc minerals fromthe gangue minerals was reached,and also single-metal concentrates obtained,and at the same time the recoveries of lead and zinc minerals were raisedrespectively,Especially,in case of combination of BD_2 depressant and sodiumhexametaphosphate used in the process, the separation of zinc oxide mineralsfrom calcite,quartz,limonite,clay,etc,minerals was improved,The over- ail zinc recovery was up to 80.17%in the closed-circuit test,The grade ofzinc oxide concentrate was 35.71%Zn,with zinc recovery of 65.83%,Theeffect of main parameters on the flotation of lead and zinc oxide minerals isdiscussed.
