摘    要:锂辉石是我国锂资源的主要来源,但因其与伴生脉石矿物在物理化学性质上的相似性导致分选困难。本文分析了锂辉石矿的晶体结构与可浮性的关系,对锂辉石的选矿工艺、浮选药剂的作用机理进行了阐述和总结。浮选是锂辉石主要的选矿方法,其他选矿方法在预先抛废、精矿除杂中也有重要应用,复杂锂辉石矿的分选多用联合工艺以提高资源综合利用。加强锂辉石与选矿药剂的作用机理研究,指导浮选新药剂的开发和应用,不断优化分选工艺,是提高锂辉石选矿效率的关键。

Abstract:Spodumene is the main source of lithium resources in my country, but it is difficult to sort due to the similarity in the physical and chemical properties of the associated gangue minerals. This paper analyzes the relationship between the crystal structure of spodumene ore and its floatability, and expounds and summarizes the process of spodumene ore beneficiation and the mechanism of flotation reagents. Flotation is the main beneficiation method of spodumene. Other beneficiation methods also have important applications in pre-throwing waste and removing impurities from concentrates. The separation of complex spodumene ore uses multiple combined processes to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources. Strengthening the research on the mechanism of spodumene and beneficiation reagents, guiding the development and application of new flotation reagents, and continuously optimizing the separation process is the key to improving the efficiency of spodumene beneficiation.
