硫化铜铅矿物浮选分离的研究现状及趋势

摘    要:介绍了现阶段硫化铜铅矿物浮选分离的工艺流程,包括铜铅优先浮选流程、混合浮选流程、等可浮选流程,总结了铜铅分离的药剂制度和电位调控浮选,并指出了铜铅分离下一步研究的重点在于研发出高效、低毒、无污染的硫化铅矿物抑制剂。

Abstract:The flowsheets of the copper and lead sulphides flotation separation at present are introduced, including preferential flotation, bulk flotation and iso-flotation. Reagent systems and potential controlled method in the copper and lead separation process are summarized. And the key of copper and lead separation in the future is focused on developing efficient, low toxicity, non-pollution inhibitor of lead sulphide mineral.
