刚果(金)高泥氧化铜矿的絮凝沉降试验研究及技改应用

摘    要:本文以刚果(金)高泥氧化铜浸出矿浆为试验对象,进行了有机高分子聚丙烯酰胺的选型试验,探究了最佳沉降效果下浸出矿浆浓度、絮凝剂种类和用量等参数指标,再针对浓密机结构进行优化改造,并取得了较好的效果。结果表明:选择1800-2300万分子量的AN905型的絮凝剂,能满足高泥氧化铜矿的生产浓缩作业要求;根据沉降试验,生产浸出矿浆浓度为20%,絮凝剂作用的沉降效果最佳,单耗为100g/吨矿;改造浓密机中心筒高度、改变絮凝剂投加方式和调整絮凝剂添加点,能有效解决高泥氧化铜浸出矿浆在浓缩过程中的絮凝沉降问题,减少有价金属量的溢流损失,降低絮凝剂用量,进一步提高生产矿石处理量,实现企业良好的经济效益。

Abstract:This article is focused on the high mud copper oxide ore in Democratic Republic of the Congo.Using leaching slurry as the test object to select of the organic polymer PAM, explores the parameters of leaching slurry concentration, the type and amount of flocculant under the best settlement effection.Then did some technical modification of the thickner,and achieved good results.The results showed that the selection of AN905 flocculant with a molecular weight of 18 to 23 million could meet the production and concentration requirements of high mud oxidized copper mine.According to the sedimentation test, the concentration of the leaching pulp is 20%, and the sedimentation effect of flocculant is the best. The consumption of flocculant is 100g/ ton.The modification of thickener center barrel height ,changing the way of adding the floculant,and adjusting the flocculant addition point can not only effectively solve the problem of flocculation and settlement of high-mud copper oxide leaching slurry during the concentration process,but also reduce overflow losses of valuable metals and the floculant consumption, and increase the production ore processing capacity and achieve good economic benefits for the company.
