元江贫氧化镍矿的氯化离析

摘    要:采用氯化离析-焙砂氨浸-溶剂萃取-电积工艺,研究了元江结合型贫氧化镍矿的处理。氯化离析-焙砂直接氨浸法,不仅降低离析温度、减少氯化剂和还原剂用量,缩短离析反应时间,而且提高了镍的浸出回收率。本文重点介绍了该工艺的氯化离析过程。
