回转窑内流动传热和燃烧过程数学模型的研究现状及其发展趋势

摘    要:对国内外有关回转窑内流动传热过程数学模型进行了全面系统地综述,分别探讨了料床传热模型、自由空间气体传热模型、窑壁传热模型以及全炉整体模型。其中根据需要提到了料床运动状态的研究,料床混合状况的影响,以及料床运动模型的建立等。此外,对相关文献中提及到的动态模型、燃烧模型以及煅烧化学反应模型等也进行了系统综述,在此基础上对回转窑内流动传热和燃烧过程数学模型的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Mathematical models of flow and heat transfer process in rotary kilns are summarized in this paper, and the bed model, freeboard gas model, refractory wall model and the global model of the kiln are discussed separately. Meanwhile, bed behavior, the influence of mixing condition and the development of bed flow model which are involved in the study of heat transfer models are mentioned here. Furthermore, the dynamic model, combustion model and the disposal of the calcining reaction are presented briefly. In conclusion, the trend of the heat transfer model in rotary kilns is put forward.
