| 摘 要： | 地下汽车是地下矿山采掘运输的关键设备,应用地下汽车进行较长距离运输已显得越来越重要。它具有动力性能好、通过性强、机动灵活及经济的优势,在国内外得到了广泛的应用。本文对地下自卸汽车设计时主要技术参数的计算和选择进行了分析,对地下汽车的动力传动系统、转向系统、液压系统、制动系统及制动过程进行了详细的研究。为地下自卸汽车的设计提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | Underground dump trucks are major equipment for underground mining and transporting. It is more and more important to use underground dump trucks for long distance transportation. The obvious advantages, such as good dynamic performance, strong accessibility, flexibility and economy, make the underground dump trucks being widely used at domestic and abroad. In this paper, the calculation and selection on technical parameters are analyzed while designing underground dump trucks, and the detail studies on power transmission, steering, hydraulic, braking systems and braking procedure are carried out. These results will lay the theory foundation for design of underground dump trucks. |
