摘    要:随着锌资源供给矛盾日趋紧张,对于二次锌资源综合回收利用技术的研究已成为选冶领域研究的热点。根据目前国内外锌资源的选冶现状,在总结锌冶炼渣常规处理方法的基础上,综述了近年来采用选冶联合方法处理锌冶炼渣的研究进展。认为传统的冶金或单一选矿方法从废渣中回收有价金属虽然有其优势,但也存在着诸如成本高、有价金属回收效率不理想、环保效果差等不足。比较而言,选冶联合方法可针对不同锌冶炼渣的成分及结构特点,结合各种技术优点,更加灵活地处理废渣,从而实现资源的综合回收,是未来二次锌资源回收领域的研究方向。

Abstract:As the contradiction of the supply of mineral resources becomes increasingly tense, the research on the comprehensive recycling technology of secondary resources has become a hot issue in the beneficiation and metallurgy. Based on the current status of zinc smelting at home and abroad, this article summarizes the research progress of zinc smelting slag treatment in recent years based on the summary of conventional zinc smelting slag treatment methods.It is believed that although the traditional metallurgical or single beneficiation method has its advantages in recovering valuable metals from waste residues, it also has some disadvantages such as high cost, poor recovery efficiency and poor environmental protection effect. It can be more flexible to deal with waste slag according to the composition and structural characteristics of different smelting slag, and realize the comprehensive recovery of resources. And it is the research direction in the field of secondary resource recovery in the future.
