CSFA对锌氧化矿物的捕收性能及其机理研究

摘    要:研究了复合捕收剂CSFA对锌氧化矿石 (水锌矿 )的捕收性能 ,结果表明 :新药剂CSFA对水锌矿有很强的选择性 ,当CSFA用量为 2 0 g/t、丁黄药 2 0g/t时 ,即使不用硫化钠活化 ,氧化锌及总锌的回收率分别可达 79 46 %和 86 75 %。通过动电位和红外光谱的测定研究了CSFA对水锌矿的作用机理 ,表明CSFA在水锌矿表面为明显的化学吸附 ,在脉石矿物方解石和石英表面为较弱的物理吸附 ;另外 ,CSFA与丁黄药对水锌矿的浮选有一定的协同效应

Abstract:The collectivity of self-made collector CSFA to oxide ores of zinc was investigated. The result showed that new agent CSFA has a strong selectivity to oxide ores of zinc. At the dosages of CSFA 20g/t and butyl xanthate 20 g/t, the recovery of zinc oxide and total zinc was up to 79.46% and 86.75% respectively. The collecting mechanism of CSFA was studied by test of ζ-potential and IR spectrum. The results showed that CSFA was obviously chemically absorbed on the surface of oxide ores of zinc and weakly physically absorbed on the surface of calcite and quartz. By the way, there is a certain cooperating effect of CSFA and butyl xanthate to the flotation of oxide ores of zinc.
