摘    要:纳米银粉具有很高的表面活性和催化性能,用途广泛,研究其制备方法很重要。本文以工业AgNO3为原料,采用新型还原剂AX2,通过引入表面保护剂AJO-02制备了球形或类球形的纳米级银粉;考察了体系中AgNO3浓度、还原剂AX2浓度以及表面保护剂AJO-02用量对纳米银粒子粒径的影响,并采用TEM、XRD对产品进行了检测和表征。结果表明,通过控制反应条件,可制得粒度分布均匀、结晶性能良好的纳米级银粉。该方法易操作,设备简单,所得产品产率高,适于工业化生产。

Abstract:Nanometric Ag powder has high surface activity, catalysis property and wide usage, so it is important to study its preparation method. Nanometric Ag powder was prepared with industrial AgNO_3 and new reducer AX2 under the existence of surface protecting reagent AJO-02. The effects of the concentrations of AgNO_3 and AX2 and the dosage of AJO-02 on the size of silver nanoparticles were studied.Moreover,the silver nanoparticles were examined and characterized with TEM and XRD.The results showed that well-crystallized nanometric Ag powder with even size could be prepared by controlling the reaction conditions.This method was easy to operate and needed simple equipment.Furthermore,it had high output and was fit for industrial production.
