从环保角度看BK-992铜萃取剂的应用前景

BK-992铜萃取剂是北京矿冶研究总院"九五"国家科技攻关成果,目前已具有工业化生产规模,并应用于国内氧化铜矿和低品位硫化铜矿的湿法冶炼中。本文从环保角度展望了BK-992萃取剂的应用前景,其中包括①BK-992的生产合成工艺符合节能、降耗、减污的清洁生产工艺;②BK-992的结构与性能同汉高公司的LIX984相似,多年应用表明BK-992无毒,而价格较LIX984便宜1/3;③BK-992用于湿法炼铜工艺,可以有效地提高国内铜矿资源的利用率。因此,BK-992是一种环保型萃取剂,自身生产合成符合我国的产业政策和清洁生产工艺要求,可以替代进口国外产品,具有广阔的应用前景。
