用浮—磁工艺回收铁锌矿的研究

摘    要:介绍了河北某铁锌矿的选矿工艺研究结果。该矿石中锌矿物大部分呈粗粒嵌布,但部分细粒锌与铁关系密切,需要细磨才能单体解离。通过浮-磁和磁-浮两种工艺方案对比研究,采用阶段磨矿阶段选别的浮-磁工艺流程,取得了较好的选矿指标。该工艺流程已被矿方采用,正在建厂。

Abstract:This paper introduces some results of investigation on mineral processing technology of a iron-zinc mine in Hebei Province.Most of zinc minerals in the deposit are coarse grain,others are finely disseminated and closely associated with iron minerals,which need to be finely ground in order to get well-liberated minerals.After a comprehensive comparison between flotation-magnetic separation flowsheet and magnetic separation-flotation flowsheet,a very good separation performance has been achieved by means of employing a multi-stage grinding and separation technology followed by flotation-magnetic separation.The technology flowsheet has been adopted to build a mineral processing plant in Hebei Province.
