我国露天矿炮孔排水和装药机械化发展历程

摘    要:随着大型露天矿山由山坡型转为深凹型开采后,炮孔中常常有积水,应用炮孔排水装置排干水后可以全部使用廉价的铵油炸药。近年来,由于新型矿用炸药的研究和应用,炸药混装车应运而生。本文论述了露天矿山炮孔排水装置及炸药混装车的基本构造、主要技术性能、工作原理、结构特点及引进、研制、推广应用现状和效果,并结合国内实际情况,提出了我国发展炮孔排水和装药机械化的几点建议

Abstract:Along with significant development of large open pit mines,changing from slope type to deep concave type mining,there is water storing in blastholes.A new generation of blasthole dewatering machines and charge equipment are needed to allow low cost AN/FO in blastholes.Development and application of new mining explosives promoted the development of mixingloading truck for exposive.It is proved by production that the technical and economical targets have been improved.The basic structure,main technical functions,working principles and structural features are described.And some suggestions on developing,promoting and applying,blasthole dewatering and charge equipment for open pit mines were made in the light of specific conditions in China.
