瓜尔胶与田菁胶化学改性的研究进展

摘    要:综述了国外瓜尔胶、国内田菁胶化学改性研究的进展,包括瓜尔胶、田菁胶化学改性的原理和各种方法,各种改性衍生物的性质与原胶的比较及其各种不同的用途。瓜尔胶、田菁胶通过改性,改善了水溶性、提高了电解质的兼容性、增加了粘度的稳定性、大大降低了水不溶物的含量,从而扩大了瓜尔胶和田菁胶的应用领域。

Abstract:The development of study on chemical modification of guar gum ftom abroad and domestic sesbania gum have been describcd,including the principles,methods and properties of various modified derivatives,compa- rison with original gum and different applications,Modified derivatives of guar gum and sesbania gum bave been improved.in the solubility,compa- tibility of electrolyte,and stability of viscosity as well as considerable de- crease of content of insoluble residue, so that the field of application for guar gum and sesbania gum is elpanded.
