某低品位铜矿浮选工艺研究

摘    要:所研究的矿石中目的矿物以辉铜矿、孔雀石为主,原矿含铜0.77%,氧化率为16.88%,属于低品位混合铜矿。针对矿石性质,对硫化铜优先浮选工艺和硫化铜与氧化铜混合浮选工艺进行了试验研究。并根据优先浮选和混合浮选的特点,最终采用了两次粗选、一次扫选的闭路试验流程,取得了铜精矿品位为22.62%、回收率为86.78%、含银225.81 g/t的浮选指标。该工艺流程简单合理,易于实现工业化生产。

Abstract:The result minerals from the mixed copper ore mainly contain chalcocites and malachites. The grade of Cu taken from mixed copper ore is 0.77%, Ag8.2g/t. The oxidation rate of the copper oxide is 16.88%, and the mixed copper ore is a low grade. According to the characteristics of the ore, the experiment is carried on, including the copper sulfide selective flotation firstly, then the copper sulfide and the copper oxide bulk flotation. By combining the advantages of selective flotation with those of bulk flotation, the technical flowsheet of the closed-circuit tests is twice roughing and once scavenging. A copper concentrate containing Cu 22.62% with recovery rate of 86.78%, including Ag 225.81g/t can be finally obtained. The technological process is simple and easy to realize commercial production.
