摘    要:本文首次运用虚拟样机技术对地下汽车制动过程进行了仿真,并对结果进行了分析。利用机械系统分析软件ADAMS建立了15自由度的DKC12地下自卸汽车整车多体系统开环模型。在建模过程中,使用了参数化方法,利用ADAMS设计变量给出了较为灵活的模型参数的设置方法。对建立的多体动力学模型进行了多种制动工况的仿真计算,分析了车辆制动初速度、地面附着系数、载荷和车辆制动时间、制动稳定性之间的关系。

Abstract:The analysis and simulation of brake course for the DKC12 underground truck on virtual prototype technology in this paper is presented the first time at home. The design of the 15 DOF full vehicle open loop control model for the DKC12 underground dump truck is built by ADAMS in this paper. The parameterize means was used during the course. A flexible way to alter the parameters of the vehicle by design variable of ADAMS is introduced .Several case studies on different braking performance have been carried out using the parametric model. Some relations between the vehicle brake initial velocity, ground friction coefficient, load and the vehicle brake time, brake stability are analyzed.
