| 摘 要： | 铺布-离心选矿机同时具有铺布溜槽的高富集比和离心选矿机的高回收率的特点,是一种更为有效的微细粒级的新型重选设备。本文采用铺布-离心选矿机处理宜春钽铌矿难选次生细泥,在原矿品位为0 0113%的条件下,一次粗选获得钽铌精矿品位0 1515%、尾矿品位0 0060%、精矿回收率48 83%的优异指标。

| Abstract: | Being as a new effective gravity equipment for the concentration of micro-sized tantalum-niobium materials,paving-carpet-centrifugal concentrator has the advantages of high concentration ratio over paving-carpet-Chute and the advantages of high recovery over centrifugal concentrator.In this paper,the employment of paving-carpet-centrifugal concentrator in treating the secondary fine ores from Yichun Tantalum-Niobium Mine was discussed.The tantalum-niobium concentrate, assayed 0.1515%(Ta,Nb)_2O_5, with 48.83% (Ta,Nb)_2O_5 being recovered was obtained when treating the ore at grade of 0.0113%(Ta,Nb)_2O_5,leaving the tailings containing only 0.0060%(Ta,Nb)_2O_5. |
