摘 要: | 利用80C196MC单片机发出的SPWM波形,经过驱动电路,驱动智能功率模块IPM的3组IGBT,实现对空气压缩机的V/f变频控制,并设计了压力的PI反馈控制回路,使空气压缩机的出口压力能根据实际要求进行调整,从而提高了压缩机的工作性能并达到了节能的目的。

Abstract: | The V/F frequency control of an air compressor is realized by using 80C196MC singlechip to generate SPWM modulating wave and to drive the IPM's three groups of IGBT through the drive circuitIn addition,the discharge pressure of the compressor can be regulated,if need be,through the designed pressure feedback control lop with PI function,thus improving operating characteristics of the compressor and saving the energy |
