真空蒸馏法制备0~#镍实验研究

摘    要:采用真空蒸馏的方法提纯1#镍,原料镍的纯度为99.96%。计算了1773~2023 K下,镍中各杂质元素的饱和蒸气压,部分杂质元素在某温度下的真空蒸馏分离系数β。考察了实验温度、真空度、实验时间对实验结果的影响。在温度为1873 K,保温时间2.5 h,真空度3~9 Pa的实验条件下产物已经达到了0#镍的国家标准。

Abstract:1# nickel with nickel content 99.96% is treated by vacuum distillation.Saturated vapor pressures of the impurities is calculated under 773K~2023K.And β of some impurities is calculated under certain temperature.Influence of temperature,vacuum degree and time are studied.The 1# nickel can be distilled to 0# nickel with national standard under the condition: temperature 1873 K,time 2.5h,and vacuum degree between 3Pa and 9Pa.
